Leave the camp site and take the asphalted road (300 m), turn right and take the path that rises to the Jandoy plains and walk along them keeping right. Pass a enclosure and continue until you reach the road (2nd enclosure). A short distance away, head up through the forest on your right then walk down. Cross a brook and walk up to the Espondaburu farm (group Gîte). Walk through the woods to get back to the road. Cross the road and turn up to the right through the ferns until you get to a enclosure. Take the path on the right and cross a brook, climb up to the right to take another path that crosses the ferns. Before you cross another brook, turn right and climb along the side of a beech wood. Pass two enclosures before you reach the Col des Trois Croix mountain pass. Turn down to the left following the path. You will soon leave the forest behind you and cross the meadows. Cross a brook and leave the path 500 m further on and take a trail to the left. During your descent you will pass several enclosures before arriving back at the Ibarra camp site.
